My visits to Royal York Dental have always been smooth and painless. Also the staff is the warmest and nicest I have come across not just in dental care but in any business. keep up the good work!

Royal York Dental has restored my confidence in the dental profession. After 15 years of avoiding dentists, I am extremely pleased by all of the professionals that staff this unique clinic. In fact, I actually look forward to my visits! 

Royal York Dental is always at the cutting edge of innovation and best practices in dental care. The staff and professional teams are very much involved in customer service care and providing excellent dental care to their patients. 

Dr.Stamenkovic has changed my views on dentistry! Her exceptional care and concern for me as a patient (not to mention the pain free treatments!) was so comforting and incredibly refreshing! I have never known a dentist to be so personable - I will never again fear the dentist! (nor will I go anywhere else) 

I had a horrible toothache that I had ignored. I called Royal York Dental and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon to do a free consulation. They immedieatly developed a treatment plan for me. I needed a root canal but they were booked the next day, until the staff agreed to skip their lunch so I could get in for an appointment. Now that is customer service!!! They treated me like I was there only patient even though the office was packed. It was a great experience! 

 My fourteen year old son (who had his first appt. yesterday) explained his visit this way "It was like moving out of the dark ages and into the 21st century." I think he summed it up perfectly. 

I am very pleased with RYD. I have already mentioned your office to several friends and family after only two visits. Thanks for a great dental experience.

Having your teeth prodded and poked at 8am can never be decribed as exceptional! Seriously, RYD is about as good as I can imagine from someone who doesn't particularly like visiting dentists. And my teeth have never looked better. :o) 

As a child and all the way into my mid-twenties, I dreaded going to dentist - each upcoming appointment loomed in front of me. When I got married and moved to the Kingsway I decided to switch dentists and tried Royal York Dental. From the minute I first walked into your office 8 or 9 years ago, I've had nothing but amazing experiences - every single visit. I no longer dread going to the dentist and have even described my visits to friends as similar to "going to the spa." 

I have been a patient at Royal York Dental my entire life and I cannot imagine it any other way. Everytime I have an appointment I am greeted with a smile and the entire appointment is carried out very professionally. I like having the same hygenist everytime, it allows me to build a relationship with that person and they are able to follow my dental health. 

I was so pleased to go to a progressive and state of the art dental office (not to mention so close to home!) and so attuned with new dentistry proceedures and techniques. 

I get that easy,calm feeling you get when someone is taking care of you, like when you are sitting in the chair getting a good hair cut or a shoe shine or a massage. Totally relaxed, being cared for by a pro at what they do.

The staff is always friendly! My hygienist Shaili could be the most pleasant person on the planet. They're also incredible with my children, who really don't mind going to the dentist! Both her and Dr. Joe praised me and the children for taking care of our teeth, and I sensed that they really did mean it. Elizabeth is always friendly.

After many years of superb care, I'm still delighted by your passion for improvement. Olya always remembers how to make me comfortable and teaches me techniques to improve my dental health between visits.
