Meet Dr. Joe
Dr. Joe Bulger, founder of Royal York Dental, has a passion for helping people achieve healthy, radiant smiles. Years of education and continuing studies in dentistry have afforded him the opportunity to help his patients achieve the youth, full function, and beauty of a brilliant smile.
Dr. Joe is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, and he is an active member in the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, the Ontario Dentists Association, and the Toronto Academy of Dentistry.
He and his wife, Denise, live in Etobicoke with their five children.
